| We start every day with a big pot of homemade soup, using fresh local ingredients whenever possible. We use very little salt, instead choosing to use fresh herbs to compliment our soup. We believe in cooking with the seasons as much as possible and to work with Mother Nature and her bounty here in Niagara. |
